Litigation Affairs

1.       As the proctor for clients to appear in court of lawsuit or arbitration on civil, economic, administrative, intellectual property rights and labor disputes.

2.       Act as the defender or agent for the criminal suspect, victim or their relatives in criminal case to appear in court of the lawsuit; provide them with legal advice and act as the proctor of appeal, accusation and application for obtaining a bail and awaiting trial with restricted liberty of moving.

Counselor-at-law Services

1.       Act as the counselor-at-law for government agency, enterprise and corporation;

2.       Participate in negotiations on investment and commercial affairs;

3.       Draft, review and witness contracts or and other legal instruments and commercial documents;

4.       Deal with all kinds of claim for creditor’s rights or disputes over obligations;

5.       Organize training or workshop on laws for managers and staff of our clients;

6.       Provide enterprises with legal services on finance and taxation;

7.       Act for the engaging party to handle other relevant legal affairs.

Non-litigation Businesses

1.       Investigation and consultation on business;

Provide foreign corporation in China or Chinese company abroad business investigation and consultation.

Draft, review and modify international trade contract and relevant legal documents
