Born in February 1955, native place is Youxian County, Hunan, Professor Chen is the Vice-Dean of School of Law of Yunnan University; he also plays the roles of Director of Teaching Committee of School of Law, Head of Supervisors Group of Master of Economic Law, Supervisor of Master of Civil & Commercial Law and Economic Law. His major research field is civil & commercial law. Prof. Chen has issued over 60 academic theses and published 13 writings of teaching material. Prof. Chen has been a part-time lawyer since 1985.

Prof. Zeng took a teaching post in Southwest University of Political Science & Law when his graduation in 1985 and then came to Yunnan for supporting law education of institutions of higher learning in frontier areas. Prof. Zeng’s major works:
General Principles of Criminal Jurisprudence Methodology, New Theory of China Criminal Law, the General Theory of New Criminal Law, Justicial Appeals, Comparative Study of Unit Crimes and Modern Criminal Jurisprudence. Prof. Zeng has also attended to compose bookmaking, including Complete Book of Drug Prohibition and other more than 10 books. He has issued over 60 academic theses in newspapers and periodicals such as Legal Daily, Jurisconsults, Science of Law and Modern Jurisprudence.
Chen Xinghua
Professor, part-time Lawyer; 1978-1982, Prof. Chen had studied in Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Bachelor of Laws; 1995-1997, completed the courses of postgraduate of civil and commercial law of Southwest University of Political Science & Law; attended in advanced studies about civil and commercial law which were held respectively by Ministry of Justice, Southwest University of Political Science & Law, and Ministry of Education in 1983, in 1993 and in 2002 in Beijing. 1982-1999, Prof. Chen took her teaching work in Yunnan Political Science & Law Academy; 1999-2006, worked in Law School of Yunnan University because of Yunnan University merging Yunnan Political Science & Law Academy. She has been the editor of Academic Journal of Yunnan University (version of law). Now Prof. Chen is Vice-Dean of Law School of Kunming University of Science and Technology, Supervisor of masters of laws. She is also an invited professor of Yunnan Division of the State College of Public Procurators.
Professor Chen has published scores of works including Science of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law and the Outline of Economic Law.
Zheng Dongyu
Professor and Supervisor of masters of laws in Law School of Yunnan University, also acts as Director of postgraduate administration office. Prof. Zheng focuses her research and studies on economic law and intellectual property rights, having published many works like the Survey of Economic Law, International Economic Law and the Leading Case System Should Be Applied in China.

Shi Pengfei
Prof. Shi Pengfei, born in Dec. 1948, in Shanghai, is Member of China Democratic League; he has been member of Yunnan Committee of China Democratic League. Prof. Shi has been taking his teaching work in Adult Education School of Yunnan University after his graduation from Yunnan University since 1982, now he is now Research Director of Higher Education of Adult Education School of Yunnan University. His academic research is mainly concerned on Chinese ancient culture and Chinese ancient literature; his teaching courses cover Chinese Literature History (Earlier Qin Dynasty-Northern & Southern Dynasty), Chinese past-dynastic Literature Works Anthology (Earlier Qin Dynasty-Tang Dynasty), Study of Laozhi and China Tourism History; meanwhile he gives lectures of Marriage Concept under Spring Tide of Reform, Religions and Life and Chinese Traditional Culture and Modern Humanistic Spirit. Prof. Shi has written Theses: Civilization Representation of Chinese Characters (co-written book), Comment to Haoxiang (selected to publish by Xinhua Wenzhai). His works include: Qihu’s Comment to Poems (Orient Literature & Art Publishing House), Cartooned Anecdotes about Great Men (a cooperated big album of painting, Shanghai People Publishing House) and son on. He has also been the special editor of DIANYI- the Complete Index for newspaper and magazine publishing houses of Yunnan (Yunnan Renmin Publishing House) and compiled the Road to Success---the Selection of Excellent Graduates’ Achievement of Yunnan Adult Education (Yunnan Renmin Publishing House) since 1988. Prof. Shi has published over 600 works by using his own name and penname in DU SHU (Reading), GUANGMING DAILY, WEN HUI BAO and CHUN CHENG EVENNING., including remarks, essay, academic sketch and gossip, many of them were reprinted in overseas publications. In 1992, Prof. Shi attended all-China “Adult Education Academic Forum toward the year of 2000” held by China National Institute for Educational Research and the Development Strategy Research Society for China Higher Education, and he made a speech with title “ Research and Cultivate the Market of Adult Education” .
