Wang Yubo

Besides as a lawyer, Mr. Tan Hairui is also a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Agent. He is professional in dealing with company affairs related to law , finance and taxation, and has rich theoretical basis and a great deal of practicing experiences in corporation business, establishment of the group company’s internal control system, the group company’s financial management & capital operation, application of taxation policies in the group company or enterprise as well as taxation planning; Mr. Tan has his original insight and experience in the financial & internal control systems of a company group on system establishment, operation and development.

Luo Yiji

Mr. Wang Huaqiang has rich practicing experiences. He had once worked in Shanghai Pan-Asia Lawyer’s Office, Yunnan Tianzhitai Lawyer’s Office and Beijing Shangan Lawyer’s Office, also with securities and banking working experince. Mr. Wang has once worked in Gang’ao Securities, Guotai Jinan Securities Co., Ltd and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd.

His special field of study includes: securities, banking, law of company, law of real estate, labor law, law of contract and legal affairs on civil lawsuit, commercial cause, arbitration as well as negotiation.

Mr. Wang’s practicing experience in Quzhi Law Firm: providing daily legal service or acting as an agent for lawsuits to clients such as Beijing Zhongyi Lingxiu International Media Co. Ltd Yunnan Branch, Shanghai Technology Exchange House, and Kunming Kanghui Travel Agency and so on, he has acted as the counsel for some criminal cases, of which, one representative case is as the counsel for the defence, a student of Dept. of Criminal Detection, Grade 2004 of China University of Political Science & Law, who was a suspect transferring the drug. Li Junfang

Zhang Yong

Graduated from Xiangtan University in 2001, Bachelor of Law, postgraduate of Criminal Jurisprudence of Yunnan University, Master of Law. Passed National Judicature Examination with Certificate A.

Mr. Zhang has a solid background of juristic theory and rich experience in judicial practices. He has edited in chief the book Typical Cases Review and his papers has been published in the Journal of Chinese People’s Public Security University (Social Sciences) and in the essential  publication Theory Horizon, one of the papers，The Rationality of Launching of Power of Punishment is reprinted in full text by Renmin University of China in Criminal Law，its publication in copy version. In addition, Mr. Zhang has participated in some research projects. Mr. Zhang specializes in the actual practice of criminal defense, contract, compensation for personal injury and labor dispute, and he is devoted to develop non-lawsuits affairs and to be a corporate counselor–at-law

Ma Haojie ---- Assistant

Born in 1982, completed the examination of all courses for self-study on law in 2004. In the same year, he was enrolled in army where he was exercised as firm and persistent, surefooted. Mr. Ma has gone deep into the grassroots of trades of plant, logistics and building to experience living and take investigation and accumulated plenty of sensibility knowledge and social experience because of being good at observation and thinking. He has his own thought and means to problems. Mr. Ma has joined in QUZHI and started his legal practice from 2007.

Cheng Wei--Assistant

Graduated from Yunnan Normal University in 2006, Bachelor of Laws. During 2000 to 2002, Miss Cheng held the post of young correspondent of Yunnan Education Newspaper with her strong writing foundation. After her graduation she has worked in a well-known real estate company in Yunnan. She is good at legal affairs on real estate. Miss Cheng joined in QUZHI in 2007.
